  • Payment Methods

    ~ CREDIT CARD Online Payment ~
    Option for orders less than $100

    Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card paid safely through PayPal's secure website. You do not have to have a registered PayPal account to pay by credit card. If you do have a registered account with PayPal you have the added option of paying by account balance transfer or by eCheck. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

    PayPal enables you to make your payment online. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller.

  • Shipping Service
    Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail
    with applicable Insurance and Delivery Confirmation,
    unless stated otherwise in item description.
  • Shipping Charge
    You pay only for the actual USPS Priority Mail shipping charge (no mark-up),
    based on package weight and destination zipcode.
    Any applicable Insurance and Packaging Costs are paid by me.

    Orders over $250 are shipped FREE of charge.

  • Combined Shipping
    If possible, and on items purchased on same day
    that meet USPS Priority Mail weight/size limits -
    we will advise you if it is feasible to ship combined.
  • Packing and Handling Charge
    None ~ you pay the actual USPS charge,
    exactly what I pay to ship your item.
  • Shipping Insurance
    I pay for shipping insurance on breakable items,
    such as glassware and pottery, and for all orders
    for $25 or more. Please contact me within 48 hours
    after receipt of item for insurance claims.
    To date, none of the hundreds of items we have shipped have been damaged. We are proud of our perfect shipping record because it allows us to assure you that we do whatever is necessary to ensure that your item arrives at your door in the condition it was shipped. Our standard packaging method is to nestle fragile items securely in bubble wrap or peanuts (or a combination of both) within a USPS Priority Mail box with appropriate distance between item and box sides. In special cases we double box.
  • Delivery Time
    If the payment was made by USPS postal money order
    or cashiers check, I usually ship same day
    via USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-3 day delivery time),
    with Delivery Confirmation.
    If the payment was made by personal check,
    your item is shipped as soon as bank posts
    that your check has cleared.

  • Return Policy
    Our pledge is to make every effort to deliver to you the item
    that you ordered, as described and in a timely fashion,
    so that your buying experience with Nasha Dacha
    is sure to be a smooth and pleasant one.

    You must notify me within 48 hours of your item's
    delivery in order to be considered for a refund.
    Money is refunded when item is returned to me
    within 7 days of delivery to you, mailed in it's
    original condition, shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured,
    and upon receipt is validated by my seller mark.
